I grew up on Manhattan's Upper West Side, and studied at Yeshiva Shaar HaTorah in Queens, where I obtained a First Talmudic Degree (2006). I later moved to study at Yeshivas Ohr Reuven in Suffern, NY, where I received semicha (rabbinic ordination) from Rabbi Betzalel Rudinsky (2013).
